Credits Terms and Conditions

These Credits Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of credits ("Credits") within Panzoid ("the Service"). By purchasing or using Credits, you agree to these Terms, which supplement our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

1. Credit Usage

Credits may be used to access and purchase various features and services within the Service. The number of Credits required for specific actions is determined by Panzoid and is subject to change at any time.

2. Purchasing Credits

Credits may be purchased at the price set by Panzoid at the time of purchase. Additionally, Credits may be allocated through subscription plans, which provide a fixed amount of Credits on a recurring basis.

3. Expiration of Credits

Purchased Credits do not expire and remain available for use indefinitely. Credits granted through subscription plans expire after three (3) months if unused.

4. Refunds

Credit purchases are generally non-refundable. However, Panzoid may, at its sole discretion, issue refunds for various reasons. Actions that consume Credits are also non-refundable, except in cases where long-running processes fail to complete, in which case Credits will be automatically refunded.

5. Price Changes & Notifications

The number of Credits required for specific actions or services is subject to change. While larger transactions generally display a confirmation notice, smaller transactions may not always prompt a notification before Credits are used. Users are responsible for monitoring their Credit balance and usage.

6. Credit Usage Tracking

Users can review their Credit transaction history in their account settings, including purchases, usage, and any applicable refunds.

7. Service Availability & Liability

Actions performed using Credits are processed on a best-effort basis. Under high system load or other circumstances, actions may be delayed or fail. In cases of failure, Credits will be refunded accordingly. Panzoid does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Service and is not liable for delays or failures in the execution of actions due to system limitations or other unforeseen circumstances.

8. Amendments

Panzoid reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of Credits following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
